The Bill (Reg.№5175) envisages the amendments to certain laws "On Taxation of Enterprise Income" and "On Value Added Tax" that specifies the norms on regarding the taxation obligations calculation during the operations with goods supplement (services) that are basic assets of the derivative and specification of relevant issues (securities, derivational securities etc).
The Members of the committee deem that the order of the taxation with derivational tax needs further and deeper elaboration.
During the meeting it was declared that in the divergent terminology is used that may lead to the ambiguities in the legislative norms treating.
Moreover, it was emphasized that the order of the securities taxation and should be improved as well.
As a result of the discussion, the Committee recommended the Verkhovna Rada should return the Bill on Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding the Taxation of Derivatives, directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the further elaboration.
